Storage Options & Availability
Do you have enclosed units for my Boat or RV?
No. We do not offer enclosed storage units suitable for boats or RVs. Our enclosed units are designed for household goods and business inventory.
What type of storage do you have for vehicles?
We offer dedicated Outdoor Parking spaces specifically for recreational vehicles. These are uncovered spaces within our secure facility.
What sizes are the parking spaces?
We currently offer two sizes of outdoor parking to accommodate different vehicle lengths:
- RV Parking (12' x 30'): Ideal for standard travel trailers, campers, and mid-sized boats.
- XL RV Parking (12' x 40'): Designed for larger Class A motorhomes, 5th wheels, or large boat trailers.
Vehicle Requirements
What do I need to rent a parking space?
To rent a spot for your vehicle, you must provide the following at the time of rental:
- Proof of Ownership: A valid title or current registration.
- Proof of Insurance: Current insurance coverage for the vehicle is mandatory.
- Photo of Vehicle: We require a current photo of the vehicle and its license plate.
Does my RV or Boat need to be in running condition?
Yes. All vehicles must be well-maintained and in drivable/towable condition.
- No "Project" Vehicles: We do not allow vehicles that cannot move under their own power.
- No Flat Tires: Tires must be fully inflated.
- No Tow Drop-Offs: We strictly prohibit unsupervised tow truck drop-offs.
Access, Security & Winter
When can I access my vehicle?
Our access hours are 24/7. You can pick up or drop off your RV/boat early in the morning or late at night.
How secure is the outdoor parking area?
Your vehicle is stored within our secure perimeter. Our security features include:
- 24/7 Video Surveillance: Digital cameras record activity throughout the property.
- Personal Access Code: You enter the facility using a unique code or our convenient "Text-to-Enter" feature.
Is there power available to charge my batteries?
No. Our outdoor parking spaces do not have electrical hookups. We recommend disconnecting your batteries or removing them for charging at home, especially during the off-season.
Do I need to winterize my vehicle?
Yes, absolutely. Since our storage is uncovered and outdoors, your vehicle will be exposed to Ponderay’s winter elements (snow, ice, and freezing temperatures). Please ensure you fully winterize your plumbing and engine and use high-quality covers to protect your exterior.

How much does boat/RV parking cost?
Our rates are competitive for the Ponderay area:
- 12' x 30' Space: ~$65/month
- 12' x 40' Space: ~$75/month

How do I reserve a spot?
You can rent online instantly through our website. Once you complete the rental, you will receive your gate code via text/email immediately, allowing you to park your vehicle right away.
Can I pay my bill online?
Yes. We offer a user-friendly online portal where you can pay your bill 24/7 or set up Auto-Pay so you never have to worry about missing a monthly payment.
